At GemGarbs, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you receive high-quality products every time you shop with us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Refunds – Exchange Only
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, we do allow exchanges under the conditions listed below.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unworn.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Exchanges must be requested within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
Items that are worn, damaged, have removed tags, show signs of use, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us at gemgarbs@email.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Wait for approval and return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange.

Certain items may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
